Enkele weken terug schreef ik al dat ik de supplementen 'huid, haar en nagels' supplementen van Kruidvat aan het testen was en dat er een review aan zou komen. Nu het potje bijna leeg is, is het tijd om mijn oordeel te geven.
Zelf heb ik broze nagels, slap en futloos haar en een onzuivere huid. Met name heeft dit te maken met vitamine tekort en daarom was ik benieuwd of deze supplementen misschien wel een wondermiddel zou kunnen zijn voor mijn problemen.Lees verder voor mijn review!
Een pot 'huid, haar en nagels' supplementen bevatten 60 tabletten, kost ongeveer vijf euro en is te koop bij Kruidvat.
"Kruidvat Huid, Haar & Nagels bevat vitaminen, mineralen en kruidenextracten die huid, haar en nagels gezond helpen houden en u een vitale uitstraling geven. Het rijke vitamine B-complex met biotine bevordert een zachte, soepele huid en laat het haar glanzen. Vitamine B5, vitamine C, calcium en akkerpaardenstaartextract zijn toegevoegd voor sterke nagels." (aldus de tekst die achterop het potje staat)
Een vitale uitstraling, glanzend haar, een zachte-soepele huid en sterke nagels... dat klinkt mooi in de oren, maar is dat nu binnen handbereik? Of is het te mooi om waar te zijn?
De dosering is eenmaal per dag 1 à 2 tabletten 's ochtends in te nemen met water. En ook niet onbelangrijk voor de jonge lezeressen, deze supplementen worden afgeraden voor leeftijden onder de 15 jaar.
Nadat ik het potje geopend heb komt me een rotte vislucht tegemoet. Ik heb me afgevraagd wat er toch in zit wat deze lucht veroorzaakt. Na het potje eens aandachtig bestudeerd te hebben kom ik erachter dat de supplementen vis bevatten, namelijk haaienkraakbeen. Dat klinkt eng en vies, maar dat heb ik wel over voor het beloofde resultaat.
Ik heb trouw elke dag één tablet geslikt. Ik ben van mening dat het niet goed is voor je lichaam om op tabletten te leven en daarom beperk ik het waar mogelijk. En er staat immers op de verpakking dat 1 tablet zou moeten volstaan voor resultaat.
Maar wat waren de resultaten?
Mijn huid is een stuk verbeterd, maar ik ben van mening dat dit niet geheel te danken is aan deze pillen. Ik heb namelijk ook een nieuwe crème die ook heel erg heeft geholpen, daar schrijf ik binnenkort meer over. Voordat ik begon met deze supplementen had ik vaak onzuiverheden in mijn gezicht, vooral in perioden van stress, maar nu heb ik minder puistjes.
Mijn haar is nog steeds futloos, maar volgens mij glanst het wel ietsiepietsie meer. Maar dat vind ik moeilijk om te zeggen hoor, grote verschillen zijn het niet in ieder geval.
Mijn nagels groeien iets sneller. Ze groeiden al niet snel, maar als ik mijn nagels nu kortvijl dan zijn ze sneller bij gegroeid. Maar ook dat is geen groot verschil. Mijn nagels zijn nog steeds broos en nog steeds niet sterk, daar merk ik dan ook geen verschil.
Mijn eindoordeel. De beloftes van deze supplementen zijn te mooi om waar te zijn naar mijn mening! Ik had meer verschil verwacht, namelijk duidelijke verschillen. Ik ben er nog niet over uit of ik deze 'Huid, haar en nagels' supplementen van Kruidvat opnieuw ga kopen. Voor het kleine verschil vind ik het eigenlijk niet waard om pillen met haaienkraakbeen te slikken. Het enige positieve waarvoor ik deze pillen zou slikken is de verbetering van mijn huid.
Het kan uiteraard ook zo zijn dat deze 'huid, haar en nagels' supplementen wel voor jou helpen, dus ik zou zeggen dat het het proberen wel waard is. Ik hoop dat jullie via deze review in ieder geval een beter beeld kunnen vormen over deze Kruidvat supplementen.
Wat is jullie ervaring met Huid, haar en nagels supplementen?
Hmm, ik denk dat de meeste pilletjes die dit soort dingen beloven deze beloftes niet geheel waar maken. Ik denk dat het goed is als aanvulling op de dingen die je zelf moet doen voor een gezonde huid, nagels en gezond haar, namelijk gezond en gevarieerd eten en jezelf goed verzorgen.

Wij hebben er dan zeker baat bij.
